How do I book?

Buy your treatment online first, choosing the outlet and length, and pay by FPX or PayPal. Then tap Book my slot on WhatsApp on the confirmation page, or message +60 12 422 1369 with your order number. The outlet confirms your date and time by message; please wait for that before you travel.

When should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes before your appointment, so you can check in and settle without losing treatment time.

What if I need to change my booking?

Give us 24 hours notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice incur a 50% fee, and missed appointments are charged in full.

How can I pay?

Online by FPX or PayPal when you buy, with your voucher code in your cart before checkout if you have one. At the spa, cash and major credit cards. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.

What is provided?

Toiletries, a robe, slippers and disposable underwear.

Can I bring my children?

To keep the spa quiet, guests must be 12 or older.

Do online packages expire?

Packages bought online are valid for six months from purchase.
